Windows 11 now officially supports Macs with Apple Silicon processors

Microsoft published a new guide on the support site, where she talked about how to use Windows 11 on Macs with Apple M1 and M2 processors. However, users knew about them before, but now installing the system in Parallels Desktop 18 supported officially. And this is the only way to run Windows 11 on a local computer with an Apple Silicon processor.

The document also mentions some limitations in running Windows 11 in a virtual environment on top of macOS. In this case, the system will not support features that require nested virtualization. These include:

Starting with this build, the feature will also support Chinese (simplified and traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, and other dialects of English. The list of languages will be expanded in the future.

A Real iPhone 15 Pro Just Leaked, USB-C Port and All

Not more than two hours after the first CAD renders of the iPhone 15 Pro, a tweet from URedditor claims to show “an actual close up of the USB-C port” of Apple’s unannounced iPhone 15 Pro… oh boy, it’s getting spicy in here!

The tweet itself is directly in response to Ian Zelbo’s announcement of the iPhone 15 Pro CAD renders in partnership with 9to5Mac:

These renders were created by a using a CAD file provided by Apple to an unnamed Chinese case company, so we can trust in their current accuracy. Note that some design elements could subtly change, depending on manufacturing and feature changes.

Some major changes to note are the overall rounded body style, especially compared to the squared boxy design of the iPhone 14 Pro. You can even see in some images that the glass on top of the display also slightly curves to match the body – like Apple Watch, and obviously THERE’S A USB-C PORT NOW.

Apple’s New Reality Pro Headset Has Been Delayed… Again

Gurman explains early on in his report that Apple has decided to push the headset’s announcement back from April-ish to June:

Apple Inc. has postponed a planned introduction of its first mixed-reality headset from around April to June, according to people familiar with the matter, marking the latest setback for the tech giant’s next big initiative.
