Meet Senior Designer, Ayca Stiffel:
Ayca has been apart of the By Design Family for over 8 years! She came to us from a successful career in corporate, retail office design. In her time with BDI, Ayca has garnished several award-winning design’s and created stunning custom home and renovation designs for her clients. Fun fact: Ayca was born in Turkey, and spent most of her youth living in 7 different countries across 4 continents – witnessing all the diverse cultures, history, and architecture growing up help develop her love for design.
Modern and Monochromatic:
Ayca is a monochromatic maven! She specializes in this modern, clean color palette and loves to pair these harmonious shades of grey, neutrals, and white hues with textures, natural surfaces, and unique fabrics. There is still so much dimension within these monochrome spaces shown above.
